Prior to utilizing the app, it is imperative to be a registered Fireblocks customer.

With Fireblocks Mobile for iOS, users benefit from the ability to:

• Sign transactions
• Approve transactions before signing, a feature pertinent to users holding an Approver role
• Initiate access to DeFi applications
• Approve new whitelisted addresses
• Establish new business connections via the Fireblocks Network
• Add or remove users from the workspace
• Execute various other operations

In the context of security, the Fireblocks Mobile app is entrusted with one crypto key share, while the remaining key shares reside within the Fireblocks SaaS. This setup ensures a robust MPC mechanism for securely holding and transferring digital assets. Operations are first initiated in the Fireblocks web console, following which a push notification is dispatched for approval via the Fireblocks Mobile app.
